day 5 - JAN 22 The Summit - Columbus, OH (330m)

It's bad when you'd plan to write a blog and you're hanging so far behind schedule. but I'll try to catch up. I can't really remember the drive but it was easy and smooth.

The Summit is a really cool place and it reminded me a little on many European D.I.Y. venues. good people, in house catering, cool punkrock bar next door.

the show was the show but something happened before and during the night. so, we had somebody really tired with us. It was funny on the end but we were running late again. no names but a short story.

I guess you heard before that sometimes on tour this groupie or one night stand thing is going on. but you should make sure that the following things are not happening:

- the women shouldn't be that drunk that she is throwing up the whole night before she is falling into sleep.

- at least you should be a gentleman and try to stop her from drinking her contacts by accident.

- finally, you should never give the drunken promotor your credit card to book you a separate hotel room because you have to find him somewhere in town the next morning to get the card back and that means you're running late for sound check again in Columbus.
